1. Liquidate the Republican state state company "National Center of Educational Statistics and Assessment" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to provide cession of property, the satisfaction of requirements of creditors of the liquidated company which remained later, in payment of the placed shares of Information and analysis center joint-stock company;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

3. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 19.08.2022 No. 581

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 28.08.2015 No. 683

4. Declare invalid:

1) the subitem 5) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 29, 2005 No. 405 "About some questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 18, the Art. 221);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 19, 2012 No. 128 "About renaming of the Republican state state company "National Assessment Center of Quality of Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and about modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 27, the Art. 36).
