About introduction of forms of the customs papers applied in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", in view of Item 7 of the Actions plan of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on implementation of the Actions plan ("road map") on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 29, 2014 No. 74, No. approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 5, 2014 445, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve forms of customs papers according to appendices 1-12.

2. Recognize invalid appendices 4, 5 and 6 to the Instruction on customs clearance and customs control of the goods and vehicles moved through customs border of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 28, 2004 No. 961.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the effective date the international treaty on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.

4. Publish this resolution in official mass media.
