About approval of standard agreements of retail sale of the commodity and liquefied oil gas, and also maintenance of gas-consuming systems and the gas equipment of household and residential customers

According to the subitem 12) article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About gas and gas supply", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) the Standard agreement of retail sale of commodity gas according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the Standard agreement of retail sale of the liquefied oil gas according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the Standard agreement of maintenance of gas-consuming systems and the gas equipment of household and residential customers according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to development department of the gas industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication of this order in mass media and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
