About approval of sample of the certificate ADR – about professional training of drivers, sample of the certificate of professional competence of the transport manager automobile transport, the manager and the expert in the organization of the accompanying activities, as necessary, and sample of the certificate of professional competence of the driver

According to provisions of the European Agreement on the International road delivery of dangerous goods (DOPOG) the drivers of road transport performing national and international carriages of dangerous goods shall have the certificate on professional training which conforms to ISO 7810:2003 ID-1 onboard the car. According to provisions "the transport manager road transport, the manager and the expert in the organization of the accompanying activities shall have the certificate of professional competence which conforms to international standards: format A 4, color beige Pantone and elements of protection, and also the drivers performing national and international carriages of loads of passengers and baggage shall have the certificate of professional competence which conforms to ISO 7810:2003 ID-1"

For the purpose of execution of provisions of the European Agreement on the International road delivery of dangerous goods (DOPOG) and provisions of the Code of the road transport approved by the Law No. 150 of July 17, 2014 before approval of the Provisions provided by Art. 3 of the Code of road transport, PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve technical requirements and sample of the certificate "ADR-the certificate on professional training of drivers" for the drivers performing national and international carriages of dangerous goods (appendix No. 1-2 of leaf).

2. Approve technical requirements and sample of the certificate "Certificate of Professional Competence", as necessary, for the following categories of specializations: transport manager road transport; manager on the organization of periodic technical inspection of vehicles; expert in the organization of periodic technical inspection of vehicles; the expert of DOPOG in certification of the vehicles transporting dangerous goods; the expert of EKMT in certification of the vehicles transporting loads; manager on the organization of activities of autoservice workshop; manager on the organization of mounting works, repair and/or check of tachographs and/or limiters; expert in the organization of mounting works, repair and/or check of tachographs and/or limiters; the manager on the organization of activities for weighing of road vehicles for the purpose of issue of the certificate of the international weighing of the road vehicle (appendix No. 2-2 of leaf).

3. Approve technical requirements and sample of the certificate "Certificate of Professional Competence of Drivers" for the drivers performing national and international carriages of loads, passengers and baggage (appendix No. 3-2 of leaf).

4. To the national Agency of road transport to carry out monitoring of training of transport managers by road transport, managers and experts in the organization of the accompanying activities, the drivers performing motor transportations of loads, the drivers performing motor transportations of dangerous goods and to grant it certificates on professional competence after passing by them of rates of basic training and passing examination / the control test within training centers, certifications and advanced trainings authorized by the agency.

5. Cancel the order of the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure No. 26 of 27.01.2011.

6. To provide to the national Agency of road transport publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and to undertake all costs connected with its publication.

7. I reserve control over accomplishment of this order.
