2) the List of positions of operational investigative divisions of territorial authorities of Committee on financial monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (service of the economic investigations) replaced on competitive basis according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Rules and conditions of carrying out tender and passing of training for holding the posts in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations), according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) Rules and conditions of out-of-competition holding the posts in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations), according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix 5 to this order.

4. This order becomes effective since November 18, 2014.

Rules and conditions of carrying out tender and passing of training for holding the posts in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations)

These rules and conditions of carrying out tender and passing of training for holding the posts in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations) (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 2 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2011 "About law-enforcement service" (further - the Law) and determine conditions, procedure for carrying out tender for holding the posts of operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations), procedure for the organization of training for candidates in case of receipt for operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations).

Occupation can be performed by the employee of vacant position during passing of law-enforcement service in case of its compliance to imposed qualification requirements to the corresponding vacant position on out-of-competition basis according to the procedure of transfer from its consent or on competitive basis according to item 4 of article 7 of the Law.
