1. Approve:

1) Structure of the organizations of sports medicine according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Regulations on organization activity of sports medicine according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kanagatov I. B.) in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to provide this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide official publication of this order in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2011 No. 02-02-18/198 "About approval of Rules of the organization of activities of medical and sports dispensaries and centers of sports medicine and rehabilitation" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7341).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Esentayev T. K.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.

Appendix 1

Structure of the organizations of sports medicine

1. Treat structure of the organizations of sports medicine:

1) medical and sports dispensary (further - dispensary);

2) the center of sports medicine and rehabilitation (further - the center);

3) medical aid station of object of sport (further - medical aid station).

1) department (office) of sports medicine;

8) physiotherapeutic department or office;

4. The department (office) of sports medicine performs:

5) treatment-and-prophylactic actions for recovery and increase in sports working capacity after the postponed injuries and diseases;

6) medical support of sports and mass actions, educational training camps and competitions.

5. The department (office) of physiotherapy exercises performs medical and advisory acceptances concerning application of techniques of physiotherapy exercises for the purpose of recovery or compensation of the lost functions and control of their carrying out and efficiency.

6. The department (office) of functional diagnostics performs carrying out functional methods of diagnostics and researches.

7. The day hospital performs holding preventive, diagnostic, medical and rehabilitation actions by the patient who is not requiring the round-the-clock medical observation.

8. The Kliniko-biokhimichesky laboratory performs carrying out clinical laboratory and biochemical trials.

9. The organizational and methodical office performs consultations concerning organizational and methodical work.

10. Offices of doctors of profile specialists perform holding preventive, diagnostic, medical and rehabilitation actions for profile.

11. The physiotherapeutic office performs physical methods of therapy.

12. The office of acupuncture performs medical, preventive and rehabilitation actions by reflexotherapy method.

13. The radiological office performs carrying out X-ray diagnostic inspection.

14. The registry performs conducting registration and medical documentation of persons serviced in dispensary and the center.

15. The medical aid station of object of sport (further - Medical aid station) will be organized on sport objects, sports constructions, in venues of sports competitions.

Regulations on organization activity of sports medicine

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Regulations on organization activity of sports medicine (further - provision) determine organization activity of sports medicine (further - the organization).

2. The organization performs the activities according to the Constitution, the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also this Provision and articles of organization.

3. The organization is created in form of business, the stipulated by the legislation Republic of Kazakhstan.

Chapter 2. Organization of activities of dispensary and center

5. Activities of dispensary is formed by the territorial principle for the purpose of ensuring availability of medical care, implementation of medical control and dynamic observation of persons playing physical culture and sport in the place of their residence.

6. The center is the medical organization providing to the athlete recovery, preventive and rehabilitation actions, safety of use of medicobiological medicines and their efficiency.

7. Activities of the center is formed for the purpose of medical support of elite sport, medical attendance of athletes of the national teams of teams of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
