1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out disinfection, disinsection, deratization.

2. To provide to department of veterinary and food safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of carrying out disinfection, disinsection, deratization

1. General provisions

1. These rules of carrying out disinfection, disinsection, deratization (further - Rules) are developed according to subitem 46-18) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2002 "About veterinary science" and determine procedure for carrying out disinfection, disinsection, deratization on the objects of production performing cultivation, realization of animals, procurement (slaughter of animals), storage, conversion and sales of products and raw materials of animal origin and also in the organizations for production, storage and realization of veterinary medicines, forages and feed additives (further - objects of production).

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) disinsection - complex of actions for insect destruction and other arthropods;

2) disinfection - package of measures for destruction of causative agents of infectious and noncontagious diseases;

3) deratization - complex of actions for destruction of rodents;

4) rooms for content of animals - the adapted construction for content and cultivation of animals, including birds, on permanent basis or is temporary with pasture on pastures, including ingates, pens, feedlots.

3. The veterinary medicines registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) state members of the Eurasian Economic Union are applied to carrying out disinfection, disinsection and deratization.

4. On completion of works on disinfection, disinsection, deratization the statement in form, according to appendix to these rules is drawn up.
