Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except the microorganizations and peasant farms), the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, performing retail trade and (or) public catering according to Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4 bidding (sale) "The sales report and inventories of the goods" approved by this resolution.
