1. Approve the enclosed Program in tariff policy in spheres of natural monopolies in the Republic of Kazakhstan till 2020 (further - the Program).
2. To state bodies and the organizations (under approval), responsible for execution of the Program:
1) to provide proper and timely execution of the actions provided by the Program;
2) to provide information on the program implementation course according to the Rules of development and monitoring of industry programs approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 18, 2010 No. 218.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
