About approval of the list of the large taxpayers who are subject to monitoring

According to Item 3 of article 623 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2008 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: (Tax code)

1. Approve the enclosed list of the large taxpayers who are subject to monitoring.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2012 No. 1771 "About approval of the list of the large taxpayers who are subject to monitoring" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 7, the Art. 159);

2) Item of 5 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 23, 2013 No. 736 "About reorganization of some republican state companies of Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 42, the Art. 624).

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015 and is subject to official publication.
