1. Perform since January 1, 2015 proceeding from the rate of inflation established by the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2015 and for Planning Period of 2016 and 2017", indexation using 1,055 coefficient:
the monthly, annual and immediate compensations and other payments established by the Law of the Russian Federation "About social protection of the citizens who were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP" according to appendix No. 1;
the monthly monetary compensation and monthly sum of money provided by parts one and the second article 2 of the Federal Law of February 12, 2001 No. 5-FZ "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Russian Federation "About social protection of the citizens who were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP";
the monthly monetary compensations established by the Federal Law "About Social Protection of the Citizens of the Russian Federation Who Were Affected by Radiation owing to Accident in 1957 at Mayak Production Association and Dumpings of Radioactive Waste into the Techa River" according to appendix No. 2;
the monthly compensations established by the Federal Law "About Social Guarantees to the Citizens Who Underwent to Radiative Effects owing to Nuclear Testing at Semipalatinsk Test Site" according to appendix No. 3.
2. Payment of compensations and other payments specified in Item 1 of this resolution to persons which acquired the right to their obtaining in 2015 is made in the sizes determined by this resolution.
3. To make to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation explanations on the questions connected using this resolution.
