In the Regulations about outsourcing of types of activity and transactions of bank approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 241 of November 3, 2011 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, No. 227-232, Art. 2099), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on December 16, 2011 at No. 858, in Item 8 syntagma "Regulations about procedure for disclosure by licensed banks of the Republic of Moldova for information on the financial activities, approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 392 of December 21, 2000", to replace with syntagma "Regulations about procedure for disclosure by banks of the Republic of Moldova for information on the activities, approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 52 of March 20, 2014".
