About cooperation between Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan

considering mutual interest of mutually beneficial cooperation in development of business contacts,

aiming to make contribution to strengthening of trade and economic relations between the companies and the organizations of different patterns of ownership of the Kyrgyz Republic and Turkmenistan,

being guided by interests of members of Chambers - the companies, the organizations, entrepreneurs, and also their associations and associations, agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties, in assistance to improvement of contracts between the companies, the companies and associations and the Kyrgyz Republic, taking measures for development of all forms of foreign economic activity.

Article 2

The parties are engaged in the organization of business meetings of entrepreneurs, promote their participation in jointly the held exhibitions and fairs, will organize economic missions, seminars, symposiums, conferences and other actions for acquaintance of business community with economy and export opportunities of the Republic and Turkmenistan.

Article 3

The parties provide each other information on the legislation existing in the countries, condition and economy growth prospects, including the nomenclature of export and import, the companies and entrepreneurs - potential partners, the held exhibitions and fairs, and also in other questions, the being of mutual interest according to the provided rights.

Article 4

The parties promote development of small and medium business, perform search of partners for mutually beneficial trade and joint venture.

Article 5

The parties on the basis of separate arrangements involve specialists in training in programs of preparation and retraining of personnel, will organize training of entrepreneurs, staff of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, other specialists in the countries.

Article 6

In case of disagreement and disputes, in connection with implementation of this agreement, the Parties regulate them by negotiations.

Article 7

The parties independently incur expenses which arise during implementation of this agreement.

Article 8

Changes and additions according to the mutual written agreement of the Parties can be as required made to this agreement.

This agreement becomes effective from the date of its signing and will be considered valid until one of the Parties does not notify other Party on the intention to denounce the Agreement.

The agreement loses the force after 3 months from the moment of the written notice of denouncing of one of the Parties.

It is made in the city of Ashgabat on November 11, 2014 in duplicate, everyone in the Kyrgyz, Turkmen and Russian languages, and all texts have identical legal force.

For the purposes of interpretation of provisions of this agreement the text in Russian is used.
