1. Determine the licensor of activities for development, production, repair, trade, collecting and exhibiting of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it departments of police (departments of internal affairs) of areas, cities of republican value and the capital.
2. Declare invalid part the second Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2012 No. 1555 "About some questions of licensing of activities for development, production, repair, trade, collecting, exhibiting and acquisition of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 2, the Art. 40).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
