About the Actions plan of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on realization of the second period of the Program of the state support of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2012-2020

According to article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state forecasts, concepts, strategy and programs of social and economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan" and for the purpose of creating favorable conditions for development of entrepreneurship, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Actions plan of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on realization of the second period of the Program of the state support of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2012-2020 it (is applied).

2. Every half-year to represent to the relevant ministries and departments to the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan information on course of execution of the Actions plan on realization of the second period of the Program of the state support of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2012-2020.

3. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, annually to submit in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the report on the course of program implementation of the state support of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2012-2020.
