Determine that funds for sanatorium treatment the organization of rest of workers and members of their families, providing dietary food and other improving and preventive actions spent at the companies due to the national social insurance are considered as the means of the national social insurance which actually arrived in the Agency of social insurance and pensions under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Charge to the Agency of social insurance and pensions to provide under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan target financing of actions of Federation of independent labor unions of Tajikistan in the amount of established by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2015".
