Questions of Fund of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state material reserve", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- Regulations on Fonda of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- the scheme of management of Fund of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About functional and structural changes in system of state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 5, 2013 No. 109 the following change:
- to state the paragraph of the sixth of Item 7 in the following edition:
"-The fund of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic performs entering into the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of offers on development of industry policy in the field of the state material reserve, through the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic;".
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Fund of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 4, 2009 No. 729;
