ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About approval of natural regulations of food and material and household providing the suspects, persons accused, convicts and children who are in children's homes of organizations of criminal executive system, and samples of dress code of convicts

(as amended on 24-03-2022)

According to the subitem 4) 15, the subitem 2) Article parts two 104, Articles 115 and 116 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2014 the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: Article parts one

1. Approve enclosed:

1) natural regulations of food and material and household providing the suspects, persons accused, convicts and children who are in children's homes of organizations of criminal executive system;

2) samples of dress code of convicts;

3) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 24.03.2022 No. 149

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 2, 2003 No. 889 "About approval of natural regulations of food and material and household providing suspects, persons accused and convicts, and also Rules of assistance to the convicts exempted from serving sentence";

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 7, 2011 No. 82 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 2, 2003 No. 889";

3) Item of 1 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2011 No. 703 "About modification and recognition voided some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning fixing of the bases, procedure and conditions of keeping of persons in the organizations providing temporary isolation from society" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 43, the Art. 565).

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015 and is subject to official publication.

1. On regulation the expectant mothers who are in organizations of criminal executive system in 4 months prior to childbirth, and also the nursing mothers and wet nurses to the 9th monthly age of the child are content (according to the conclusion of doctors).

2. Food is appointed according to the conclusion of the doctor irrespective of the place of content.

3. Issue of eggs every other day is allowed to suspects and the accused women receiving food on this regulation.

* - Polyvitaminic medicines are issued on doctor's orders.
