1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication of this order in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. I reserve control of execution of this order.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. These rules of recognition of sports, sports disciplines and forming of the register of sports (further - Rules), determine procedure for recognition of sports, sports disciplines and forming of the register of sports.
2. In these rules the following concepts are used:
1) sports discipline - the part of sport having distinctive signs and including one or several types (programs) of sports competitions;
2) sport - sport component which distinctive signs are the circle of occupations, set of physical exercises or mental abilities in competitive activities and rules of competitions;
3) the register of sports - the information system containing the data on the sports and sports disciplines which received in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan fixed on paper and electronic carriers.
3. Recognition of sports and sports disciplines in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is performed by authorized body in the field of physical culture and sport (further - authorized body) by entering into the register of sports (further - the Register), according to Item 1 of article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 3, 2014 "About physical culture and sport".
4. The basis for recognition of sport, sports discipline is availability of signs of sport which sports discipline treat availability of rules of competitions, circles of occupations, competitiveness, participation of athletes, the used sports equipment (without protective equipment) and the equipment, physical and intellectual development of capabilities of the person, enhancement of its physical activity and forming of healthy lifestyle.
5. Recognition of sport, sports discipline is performed by authorized body based on the statement of accredited republican and (or) regional sports federations by the form of sport which purposes are development of one or several sports.
The statement is constituted in any form.
6. The following documents are attached to the statement for recognition of sport, sports discipline in the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) information on development of the declared sport, sports discipline in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the world containing the short description, time and the place of origin, availability of the international sports federations, the number of the held competitions, scope which are engaged in the Republic of Kazakhstan, role in development of physical and mental abilities of the person, enhancement of its physical activity and forming of healthy lifestyle;
2) the program and technique of training in the declared sport, sports discipline containing the short description of use of sports equipment (without protective equipment) and the equipment (in the presence);
3) video (photo) the materials of the course of sports competition reflecting competitive process, participation of athletes;
4) the draft of rules of competitions of the declared sport, sports discipline or the copy of rules of competitions of the declared sport, sports discipline, the relevant international sports federation.
7. The statement for recognition and sport, sports discipline is considered by authorized body within ten working days from the date of its receipt.
8. The authorized body creates the permanent commission as a part of at least five people (further - the Commission). Commission sessions are held in the presence of at least 2/3 from total number of members of the commission.
9. The commission considers the application and documents attached to it and by results of consideration recommends to authorized body:
1) to recognize sport, sports discipline;
2) to refuse recognition of sport, sports discipline.
10. The bases for refusal in recognition of sport, sports discipline are:
1) establishment of unauthenticity of the documents, stipulated in Item 6 these rules, and (or) these (data) containing in them;
2) discrepancy of accredited republican and (or) regional sports federations by the form sport to requirements, the stipulated in Item 4 these rules and (or) provided supplied and the information to requirements, stipulated in Item 6 these rules.
11. The decision of authorized body is drawn up by the order based on the protocol of the Commission.
12. The register is created and kept in form, according to appendix to these rules. The basis for forming of the Register is the decision of authorized body on recognition of sport, sports discipline.
13. The sport, sports discipline is entered in the Register within two calendar days from the date of decision making about recognition of sport, sports discipline.
14. The form of the Register contains the following data:
1) name of acknowledged sport;
2) number code of acknowledged sport;
3) name of acknowledged sports discipline;
4) number code of acknowledged sports discipline.
15. Number - code of acknowledged sport, sports discipline consists of the following four signs:
1) the first sign of number - code is individual number of sport, sports discipline:
1 - Olympic sports;
2 - not Olympic sports;
3 - national sports;
4 - technical sports;
5 - special Olympic sports;
6 - Paralympic sports;
7 - Deaflympic sports;
8 - military and applied sports;
