5. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

together with the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Committee and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop procedure for determination of purpose of goods proceeding from nature, quantity and the frequency of their movement through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month;

together with the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and enter system of electronic accounting in customs authorities of amounts of the delivered and exported goods in a month (with quarterly transfer of data into tax authorities).

6. Grant the right to officials of the State Tax Committee to perform:

a) in coordination with authorized body on coordination of checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship of verification of presence at physical import persons of the documents confirming import with them of the goods intended for business activity on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and customs payment. In case of lack of the specified documents the goods are subject to the address to the income of the state in the procedure established by the legislation;

b) from the notification of authorized body on coordination of checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship in the presence of authentic data:

withdrawal in the procedure for the alcoholic and tobacco products made or realized without the corresponding permissions established by the legislation, with counterfeit excise stamp or not having excise stamp;

holding operational actions for suppression of the facts of production and realization of the forbidden goods (services).

At the same time quarterly to provide information in the Cabinet of Ministers on results of execution of this Item.
