About reorganization of some average professional organizations

1. Reorganize, since 2014-2015 academic years, the following average professional organizations:

Professional school No. 9, mun. Chisinau, by accession of the Vocational school No. 1, the village of Prunkul, mun. Chisinau;

Professional school No. 7, mun. Chisinau, by accession of the Vocational school No. 2, Mr. Krikov, mun. Chisinau;

Professional school No. 3, mun. Chisinau, by accession of the Vocational school No. 3, Mr. Krikov, mun. Chisinau;

Professional school. Forty, by accession of the Vocational school No. 4,. Forty;

Vocational school No. 10, Brichen, in the way, accessions of the Vocational school No. 5, village Lipkan, area Brichen;

Professional school, Hynchesht, way of accession of the Vocational school No. 6, village of Ruska, area Hynchesht.

2. To perform transfer of material and educational base of the organizations of education which are subject to accession, the accepting organizations of education according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the state companies, the organizations, organizations, their divisions, buildings, constructions, fixed assets and other assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 688 of October 9, 1995. 3. The organization of groups for professional training of prisoners since 2014–2015 academic years affirms as average professional organizations the joint order of the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Education.

4. To perform release of workers in connection with reorganization of the organizations of education specified in Item 1 of this Resolution according to the existing labor law.

5. In appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 653 of November 6, 2009. "About approval of the Provision, structure and the extreme number of staff of the Ministry of Public Education" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 162, of the Art. 721), with subsequent changes and amendments, to exclude the following line items:
