DECISION OF COUNCIL OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

of December 10, 2014 No. 113

About approval of the Inventory and rates to which during the transition period the Republic of Armenia applies the rates of import customs duties other than rates of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union

(as amended on 21-02-2020)

Due to the signing on October 10, 2014. Treaties of Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, taking into account Item 40 of appendix No. 3 to the specified Agreement and according to article 42 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve the enclosed Inventory and rates to which during the transition period the Republic of Armenia applies the rates of import customs duties other than rates of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement of October 10, 2014 on accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
