About rate for the compressed natural gas realized by OSOO "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" to consumers for gas station of motor transport

2. Approve since October 1, 2014 for OSOO "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" calculation of rates for the compressed natural gas released to consumers for gas station of motor transport according to appendix.

3. OSOO "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" taking into account the approved calculation monthly to perform recalculation of rates for natural gas for the population regarding the purchase value, normative losses taking into account the official rate of national currency in relation to US dollar approved by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic for the first day of month.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of Executive council of State department on regulation of fuel and energy complex in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 3 of 20.01.2012.

5. To confer responsibility for reliability of provided information on management of OSOO "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan".

6. To impose control of execution of this order on State department on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
