Rules of compensation for expenses, the areas connected with moving from the region of the Far North and equated to them, to persons who are receivers of insurance pensions and (or) pensions on the state provision of pensions, and members of their families

1. These rules determine the size, conditions and procedure for compensation for expenses on payment of fare and cost of conveyance to the persons who are receivers of insurance pensions and (or) pensions on the state provision of pensions, not working according to the employment contracts which are not earning payments and other rewards under civil agreements which subject are performance of works, rendering services, under agreements of the author's order, contracts on alienation of exclusive right for works of science, literature, art, publishing license agreements, license agreements on provision of right to use of works of science, literature, art and not performing other activities during which they are subject to mandatory pension insurance in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (further - pensioners), and to the members of their families who are in their dependence the areas connected with moving from the region of the Far North and equated to them to the new residence in the territory of the Russian Federation which is not relating to the specified areas and areas (further respectively - the new residence, compensation).

2. 3. Compensation is made in the amount of:

a) actually made expenses on payment of fare of the pensioner and the members of the family of the pensioner moving together with him to the new residence not exceeding fare along the shortest route or on through-route by rail in trains of all categories, including corporate trains in cases when the possibility of travel by trains of other categories is absent, in cars of all types, except for sleepers with 2-seater compartments and cars of the increased comfort (including fee on execution of travel documents and provision in trains of bedding), sea transport in cabins of III category of courts of transportation lines, inland water transport on places of III category of courts of transportation lines, air transport in salon of economy class (including fee on execution of travel documents) in the absence of railway service or at the smaller cost of air flight in comparison with fare by rail, and also road transport public in the long-distance message;

b) actually made expenses on payment of cost of conveyance of the pensioner and members of the family of the pensioner weighing no more than 1 ton on the pensioner and each member of the family of the pensioner leaving together with it, but no more than 5 tons on family railway, inland water, sea, road transport (except for taxi), but not above the established rates for luggage transport by railway transport.

3(1). When using air transport for journey of the pensioner and the members of his family moving together with it to the new residence travel documents are processed acquired) only on flights of the Russian airlines or airlines of other state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, except as specified, if these airlines do not perform passenger traffic to the new residence or if execution (acquisition) of travel documents on flights of these airlines is impossible in view of their absence for date of departure to the new residence.

4. In case of absence in the settlement still to the residence of the pensioner in the region of the Far North or areas equated to them or on certain sites of route to the new residence of the modes of transport specified in the subitem "b" of Item 3 of these rules, the pensioner and members of the family of the pensioner actually made expenses on conveyance by other vehicles, including air transport, to the railway station, nearest to the former residence, or to the nearest sea or river port open for navigation are compensated in the amount of 100 percent at this time.

5. Compensation is made based on the documents confirming the cost and category of journey, issued by the transport organization transporting or her authorized agent (further - transport organization), in limits, stipulated in Item 3 these rules.
