According to Item 2 of article 8 of the Code of inland water transport of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed standard rates of finance costs on content of inland waterways and navigable hydraulic engineering constructions.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation to provide by 2018 phased transition to financing of content of inland waterways and navigable hydraulic engineering constructions on the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution to standard rates.
