1. Approve the List and quantity of the imported goods for construction of the new line of the railroad Dushanbe-Qurghonteppa (the site Vahdat-Yavan, reconstruction of sites of Rokhati-Vahdat-Elok and Kurgan-tyube-Yavan) exempted from the value added tax and customs duty it (is applied).
