According to articles 18 and 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED:
1. Approve Limiting rates for public telecommunication services which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission performing the state regulation in the field of communication and informatization of Ukraine of April 4, 2013 No. 196 "About limiting approval of rates for public telecommunication services" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 18, 2013 on No. 623/23155.
3. To submit to department of the economic analysis together with Legal support department in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. The decision becomes effective since September 15, 2014, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
