1. Approve:
1) report form No. 1-AD "About results of consideration by authorized bodies of cases on administrative offenses" according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) the Instruction for report generation No. 1-AD "About results of consideration by authorized bodies of cases on administrative offenses" according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2012 No. 113 "About approval of the report of form No. 1-AD "About results of consideration by authorized bodies of cases on administrative offenses" and Instructions for its creation" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 8047);
2) the subitem 2) Item 1 of the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 12, 2014 No. 58 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 9599, published in the Information system of law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Ad_let of July 30, 2014).
3. To send to committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee) this order:
1) in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration;
2) on official publication in information system of law of Ad_let;
3) to the interested subjects of legal statistics and special accounting for data and use in work, to territorial authorities of Committee for execution.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee.
5. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
