1. Approve Regulations on storage durations of payable cases and documents on payment and delivery of insurance pension, funded pension and pensions on the state provision of pensions according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2015.

Regulations on storage durations of payable cases and documents on payment and delivery of insurance pension, funded pension and pensions on the state provision of pensions

1. This Provision establishes storage durations of payable cases, documents on payment and delivery of insurance pension, funded pension and pensions on the state provision of pensions (further - documents on payment and delivery of pensions) and cases on refusal in purpose of the corresponding pensions which are formed in the course of activities of territorial authorities of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

2. Payable cases, documents on payment and delivery of pensions, and also cases on refusal in purpose of the corresponding pension are stored on papers or electronically in territorial authority of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

3. Payable cases are stored:

a) payable cases of receivers of insurance pension on old age, funded pension and pensions on the state provision of pensions - 40 years since the year following after year of the termination of payment of the corresponding pension;

b) payable cases of receivers of insurance pension on disability - 50 years since the year following after year of the termination of pension payment;

c) payable cases of receivers of insurance pension on the occasion of loss of the supporter and pensions on the state provision of pensions on the occasion of loss of the supporter - 30 years since the year following after year of the termination of payment of the corresponding pension;

d) payable cases of receivers of pension from among handicapped children and disabled people since the childhood (irrespective of type of the received pension) - 40 years since the year following after year of the termination of pension payment.

4. Cases on refusal in purpose of insurance pension, funded pension and pensions on the state provision of pensions are stored 10 years since the year following after year of decision about refusal in purpose of the corresponding pension.

5. Documents on payment and delivery of pensions are stored 10 years since the year following after year of their forming.
