RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN, MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

About approval of the Regulations on technical requirements on storage of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 16, 2003 No. 315 O licensing of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors"., the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:

1. Approve Regulations on technical requirements on storage of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, according to appendix.

2. Enact this Provision after ten days from the moment of its registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. To chiefs of Head department on delivery of health care, Department on sanitarno - to epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, GAA "Dori Darmon" of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Head department of security guard and patrol service and protection of public order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministers of Health and internal affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, to chiefs of managements of health care and internal affairs of areas, Head departments of health care and internal affairs of Tashkent till August 1, 2001 to organize studying of this Provision by employees of the relevant services with acceptance of offsettings.

4. No. 76 not to apply the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the being USSR of April 27, 1973 in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. The standard requirement for storage and equipment by means of the security fire alarm of the antenna organizations performing the storage of narcotic and toxic medicinal agents registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 2, 1999 for No. 690 in the part concerning drugs to consider invalid.

To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the deputy minister of health care of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Asadov and the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. R. Parpiyev.
