The list of the construction objects which are not requiring carrying out test authority

1. The one-storey buildings which are not intended for accommodation and collection of people or productive activity in which the maximum length of overlapping constitutes six meters.

2. The one-storey buildings of production assignment which are not requiring providing the sanitary conservation zone or provided to construction on condition of use of the existing sanitary conservation zones with the maximum length of overlapping of six meters and with a maximum area of one thousand square meters.

3. Building and construction works based on the projects which are not rendering from the point of view of constructive and other indicators of safety impact on the existing construction objects and (or) on their parts, and the changes which are not exceeding the limit of parameters permitted to asset construction.

4. The part exceeding 0 (zero) level of the projects of the construction objects which passed the examination for the second time operated or built based on the same projects in zones corresponding to the conditions provided in these projects (soil, weather conditions, seismic division into districts).

5. Objects in case of which construction permission according to article 79.1 of the Town-planning and construction code of the Azerbaijan Republic is not required.

6. Construction objects concerning which notifying production according to articles 79.2 and 80.1 of the Town-planning and construction code of the Azerbaijan Republic is performed.
