This Federal Law determines features of legal regulation of the relations in the field of mass media in connection with acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol.
1. Registration of mass media which products are intended for distribution in the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol, provision of licenses for television broadcasting, broadcasting in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol till April 1, 2015 are performed without collection of payment.
2. Distribution of products of mass media, including implementation of television broadcasting, broadcasting, in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol based on the documents issued by state bodies of Ukraine is allowed till April 1, 2015.
3. Concerning legal regulation of the relations in the field of mass media, including implementation of television broadcasting, broadcasting, in connection with acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol orders of the Government of the Russian Federation can be published.
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
