Provision of public institution "Committee on investments of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. General provisions

1. Public institution "Committee on investments of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - Committee) is department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry) performing regulating, realizable and control functions, and also participating in accomplishment of strategic functions of the Ministry in the field of the state investment policy and policy of support of investments, creation of the favorable investment climate, creation, functioning and abolition of special economic zones.
