About approval of proportions of distribution of single fee to obligatory national social insurance

Approve proportions of distribution of single fee to obligatory national social insurance according to appendix.

Proportions of distribution of single fee to obligatory national social insurance

1. The amount of single fee on obligatory national social insurance (further - single fee) paid by the payers specified in Items 1 (except the paragraph of the seventh), 4, 5 and 5-1 parts one of Article 4, paragraphs the third and sixth part one of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" (further - the Law), is distributed on:

obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case - percent 4,8058;

obligatory national social insurance in connection with temporary disability and obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and occupational disease which entailed disability, - percent 9,5727;

obligatory national pension insurance (in solidary system) and financing of the administrative expenses connected with accomplishment of the functions assigned to bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine - percent 85,6215.
