Determine that the maximum size of interest rates for transactions of banks on provision of money (credits) to legal entities – residents of the Republic of Belarus in Belarusian rubles shall not exceed on the date of loan granting (its part) average interest rate on the new loans granted by banks to legal entities in Belarusian rubles (without the loans granted on favorable terms according to the decisions accepted by the President of the Republic of Belarus or in accordance with the established procedure the Government of the Republic of Belarus), for the last month under report, reduced by 1 percent point.
