1. Establish quotas for attraction of foreign labor power on the priority projects "Construction of Aktogaysky Mining and Processing Works", "Construction of Bozshakolsky Mining and Processing Works" according to appendix to this resolution.

1-1. Approve enclosed:

1) conditions of issue of permissions to attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of the priority project "Construction of Aktogaysky Mining and Processing Works" (the applicant - limited liability partnership "KAZ Minerals Aktogay (KAZ Mineralz Aktogay)") according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) conditions of issue of permissions to attraction of foreign labor power for implementation of the priority project "Construction of Bozshakolsky Mining and Processing Works" (the applicant - limited liability partnership "KAZ Minerals Bozshakol (KAZ Mineralz Bozshakol)") according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
