About collection for issue of the individual license on provision of services of the long distance and (or) international fixed telephone communication

According to Item provisions 5) article 18 of the Law on licensing of separate types of activity No. 451-XV of July 30, 2001. 1. Establish collection in the amount of 2 million US dollars for issue of the individual license which grants the right to provision of services of the long distance, international fixed telephone communication.

2. To the owner of the license to bring the amount equivalent to 2 million US dollars in Moldovan lei into the account of the Ministry of Finance within 30 days from decision date about licensing by the commission on issue of licenses of the National agency on regulation in the field of telecommunication and information science.
