About import of the equipment

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 and the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 to resolve according to the procedure of exception of the public Teleradio-Moldova Company national teleradio organization import to the country and the room under customs regime of import with income tax exemption and import payments without the right of alienation of the equipment according to appendices 1-4.
