1. Approve the Format of the statement for commodity importation and payment of indirect taxes of the Russian taxpayer according to appendix No. 1 to this order.

2. Approve Rules of control of the statement for commodity importation and payment of indirect taxes in case of its acceptance in tax authority according to appendix No. 2 to this order.

3. Determine what approved by this order Format of the Statement for Commodity Importation and payment of indirect taxes of the Russian taxpayer is applied to the applications submitted in tax authority since 01.01.2015.

4. Declare invalid from 01.01.2015 the order of FNS of Russia of 30.08.2012 No. MMB-7-6/583 @ "About approval of format of the statement for commodity importation and payment of indirect taxes of the Russian taxpayers, and also rules of its control in case of acceptance in tax authority".

Format of the statement for commodity importation and payment of indirect taxes of the Russian taxpayer

I. General information

1. This document describes requirements to XML files (further - to files of exchange) transfers of data of the statement for commodity importation and payment of indirect taxes of the Russian taxpayer.

II. Description of the file of exchange

3. The name of the file of exchange shall have the following appearance:
