1. To heads of district and city managements of social development:

- make changes of the amounts of the EPMS new sizes in the protocol on purpose of public welfare payments;

- constitute lists orders in duplicate on post offices with the accruing numbering of orders of the P-2m form;

- based on lists orders to make changes of the amounts of EPMS in personal accounts;

- together with district, city branches of the state company "Kyrgyz of Pochtasa" (further - GP "Kyrgyz of Pochtasa") to make change of the amounts of EPMS in orders of the P-2m form till October 24, 2014.

- on chiefs of district and city managements of social development - for timely and high-quality carrying out recalculation of EPMS;

- on heads of branches of GP "Kyrgyz of Pochtasa" - for timely provision from post offices of orders on payment of EPMS of the P-2m form for modification of the amounts of EPMS.

4. To department of documentary providing and administrative support to finish this order and the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About increase in level of social security of needy families and strengthening of targeting of monthly allowances to the needy families having children" of September 29, 2014 No. 554 to:

- Managements of public welfare payments and monetary compensations;

- Department of internal audit;

- Department of information technologies;

- Department of social security;

- district and city managements of social development.

5.
