About additional measures in the field of enhancement of work on issue of visas
As a result of the important work on tourism development which is carried out in the Azerbaijan Republic the number of the foreigners coming to our country considerably increased that dictates need of permanent enhancement of process of issue of visas.
Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of more effective organization of work on issue of visas I decide:
1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
1.1. for the purpose of enhancement of activities of subsystem "Visa" of the interdepartmental automated "Entrance Departure and Registration" information retrieval system (further - subsystem "Visa") taking into account offers of the relevant state bodies to provide implementation of the following measures:
1.1.1. connection of all embassies and consulates of the Azerbaijan Republic in foreign countries to subsystem "Visa";
1.1.2. the organization of the corresponding maintenance and maintenance for elimination of the technical issues arising in subsystem "Visa", replacement of the failed equipment with the expired warranty period new, permanent content of subsystem in working order;
1.1.3. enhancement of the existing software of subsystem "Visa", creation of opportunity for carrying out the detailed statistic analysis connected with the visas issued by means of this subsystem;
1.1.4. equipment of embassies and consulates satellite communication by means of the telecommunication Azerspace-1 satellite for improvement of information exchange between diplomatic representations of the Azerbaijan Republic in foreign countries and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic;
1.1.5. complete integration of subsystem "Visa" with the Single migratory information system of the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic;
1.1.6. enhancement of checking procedures within subsystem "Visa";
1.2. provide financing of the measures provided by this Order;
1.3. for the purpose of assessment of process of issue of visas to create monitoring system;
1.4. for the purpose of ensuring efficiency of work on issue of visas to consider question of increase in the number of staff of employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also embassies and consulates of the Azerbaijan Republic in foreign countries;
1.5. in connection with holding in 2015 the I European games to take measures for check of level of training of the interdepartmental automated "Entrance Departure and Registration" information retrieval system;
1.6. inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on execution of the instructions given at this Order;
1.7. resolve other issues following in this Order.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic to organize holding regular trainings for the employees who are directly engaged in execution of visas in embassies and consulates of the Azerbaijan Republic in foreign countries.
