Regulations on Space committee of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. General provisions

1. The space committee of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee) is the department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry) performing regulating, realizable and control functions, and also participating in accomplishment of strategic functions of the Ministry in the field of space activities.
