14. The purpose of activities of Organization is:

1) monitoring of quality of forest seeds and origin of landing material;

1) carrying out certification and accounting of subjects to selection and seed-growing and selection and genetic appointment;

2) implementation of monitoring of collection of forest seeds on forest seed objects, their processing and storage, use taking into account requirements of forest seed division into districts, compliance of the sowed seeds in nurseries and on silvicultural squares to control samples;

3) determination of sowing qualities of forest seeds, degrees of their entomological and phytopathologic contamination;

4) carrying out work on enhancement of methods of determination of productivity of forest seeds;

5) implementation of data collection and processing in the field of forest seed farming, including monitoring of availability and cost of forest seeds;

6) carrying out lesopatologichesky monitoring.

16. The organization within the competence of the procedure established by the legislation performs the following types of activity which are not relating to the main:

1) rendering the methodical help to physical persons and legal entities in the organization and conducting forest seed farming, and also participation in development of normative legal and normative technical acts concerning forestry and gardening;

2) rendering advisory services to physical persons and legal entities in forest seed farming and lesozashchita in the field of forestry and gardening;
