2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in mass media and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within 10 working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rau A. P.

1. General provisions

1. The republican public institution "Committee of geology and subsurface use of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - Committee) is the department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry) performing regulating, realizable and control functions, and also participating in accomplishment of strategic functions of the Ministry in spheres of the state geological studying, reproduction of mineral resources, public administration by subsurface use.
