3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Esentayev T. K.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication, except for subitems 9) and 10) of Provision Item 13 which become effective since November 21, 2014.

13. Functions of Committee:
1) development of normative legal and legal acts, and also agreements, memorandums and agreements within competence of Committee;
2) carrying out legal monitoring of regulatory legal acts in spheres of physical culture and sport, gaming according to the procedure, established by the legislation;
3) ensuring consumer protection when rendering the state services by Committee within the competence;
4) ensuring compliance with the principles of gender equality in personnel policy of Committee;
5) ensuring implementation of explanatory work on the questions which are within the competence of Committee;
