Chapter 1. General provisions

1.1. Maintaining the Register is performed by the Bank of Russia (Department of the corporate relations and territorial offices of the Bank of Russia to which powers implementation of state registration of releases (additional releases) of issued securities belongs).

1.2. The register shall contain information:

about releases (additional releases) of issued securities which state registration is performed by the Bank of Russia;

about the cancelled individual numbers (codes) of additional releases of issued securities, the decision on which cancellation is made by the Bank of Russia;

about releases (additional releases) of the issued securities which are not subject according to the Federal Law "About the Security Market" or other Federal Laws of state registration to which identification number is in accordance with the established procedure assigned;

about representatives of bondholders.

1.3. Maintaining the Register is performed with use of the electronic database. At the same time the possibility of forming of documents on papers shall be provided.

1.4. Action of this provision does not extend:

on state and municipal securities;

on the bond of the Bank of Russia.

1.5. Maintaining the Register regarding releases (additional releases) of issued securities of credit institutions is performed by the Bank of Russia according to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of December 27, 2013 No. 148-I "About procedure of the procedure of issue of securities of credit institutions in the territory of the Russian Federation", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on February 28, 2014 No. 31458 ("the Bulletin of the Bank of Russia" of March 28, 2014, No. 32 - 33).

The rules provided by Chapters 2 - 4 this provision are not applied to the relations connected with maintaining the Register regarding releases (additional releases) of issued securities of credit institutions.

Chapter 2. The data containing in the Register

2.1. The register consists of two Sections (And yes B). In the Section A the information about the issuer of issued securities is specified. In the Section B data on releases (additional releases) of issued securities of this issuer are specified.

2.2. The Section A of the Register shall contain the following information about the issuer of issued securities:

the complete and reduced trade names of the issuer of issued securities according to its charter (constituent documents);

form of business of the issuer of issued securities;

primary state registration number (PSRN) of the issuer of issued securities and date of entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of record about creation of the issuer of issued securities;

identification taxpayer number (ITN) of the issuer of issued securities;

the location of the issuer of issued securities, and in case of availability at the issuer of other addresses for receipt of post correspondence - also such addresses;

the unique code of the issuer of issued securities assigned in accordance with the established procedure;

in case of the termination of activities of the issuer of issued securities - specifying on this circumstance and date of entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of record about the termination of activities of the issuer of issued securities.

2.3. The Section B of the Register consists of four subsections. In subsection I data on shares, in subsection II - data on bonds, in subsection III - data on options of the issuer, in subsection IV - data on the Russian depositary receipts are specified.

2.4. Subsections I, II, III and IV of the Section B of the Register consist of two parts. In the first part general information about each of releases (additional releases) of the issued securities relating to the corresponding type of issued securities is specified. In the second part data on placement of issued securities and other data on issued securities of each of releases (additional releases) relating to the corresponding type of issued securities are specified.

2.5. The first part of subsections I, II and III of the Section B of the Register shall contain the following general information about release (additional release) of issued securities of the corresponding type:
