1. General provisions

1. These rules of providing with the dwelling, payments of compensation for employment (lease) of the dwelling (further - Rules) are developed according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 16, 1997 "About the housing relations" and of April 23, 2014 "About law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine procedure for providing law-enforcement bodies with the dwelling of employees (further - the employee) and members of their families for service in law-enforcement bodies, and also compensation payments to employees for employment (lease) of the dwelling.
