Rules of return of the car driver license after loss of the bases of cancellation of the right to control of vehicles

1. These rules establish procedure for return of the car driver license after loss of the bases of cancellation of the right to control of vehicles.

It is performed by passing theoretical examination on provision of the special right to control of vehicles according to Rules of holding examinations on the right of control of the vehicles and issues of car driver licenses approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2014 No. 1097 "About the admission to control of vehicles" in the questions relating to traffic regulations and containing in examination cards.

4. It is performed after at least a half of term of deprivation of the right to control of vehicles, to the appointed person deprived of the right to management.
