About the sizes (scale) of contributions of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to the budget of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. Determine for the purposes of forming and budget implementation of the Eurasian Economic Union for 2020 and the next years the sizes (scale) of contributions of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively – state members, the Union) in the budget of the Union according to standard rates of distribution of the amounts of import customs duties for each state member according to the Protocol on procedure for transfer and distribution of the amounts of import customs duties (other duties, taxes and fees having equivalent action), their transfers in the income of budgets of state members (appendix No. 5 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014):

"The Republic of Armenia - percent 1,220;

The Republic of Belarus - percent 4,560;

The Republic of Kazakhstan - percent 7,055;

The Kyrgyz Republic - percent 1,900;

The Russian Federation - percent 85,265.

2. Accept for the purposes of forming and budget implementation of the Union for 2016 and further the decision on determination of the sizes (scale) of contributions of state members to the budget of the Union at the first meeting of the Supreme Eurasian economic council in 2015.

3. Determine that in case of the accession of new state member to the Union the sizes (scale) of contributions of state members to the budget of the Union are subject to refining and are applied to the purposes of forming and budget implementation of the Union since the year following after year of the accession of new state member to the Union.
