1. Approve the certificates on carrying out periodic testing of the gas-balloon equipment installed on the vehicle and rules of its registration enclosed the Single form.
2. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date the Technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles" (TR CU 018/2011).
